We are looking for Full Time Bank Admin Staff Only that are available Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. We are unable to offer Bank work during evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. Please only apply if you are able to cover weekday full time hours.
We have an exciting new opportunity for experienced Admin professionals to join our Temporary Staffing Bank Services; these opportunities are available within a range of clinical inpatient, community services and non-clinical areas across The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.

We're looking for experienced receptionists, administrators, PAs, audio typists and secretaries who want to work on an 'as and when' basis to join our in-house bank of administrators. Our bank administrators help to ensure that wards, departments, community teams and local GP practices across the Trust are always supported with expert admin help.
As a bank worker, you can work flexibly to fill a temporary vacancy or short-term staffing shortages. You may be asked to work at any time, with just a few days’ – or hours’ – notice.
Joining the Trust Admin Bank will give you lots of variety so it's a chance to learn new skills in different environments. One day you could be in a clinical setting or GP practice and the next, a Head Office assignment.

If you would like to work within our organisation and have proven experience as an Administrator, have GCSE’s Grade C in English and Math’s or above, we would be interested in hearing from you. We would also welcome applicants to apply who have previous experience in

- Specialist NHS software knowledge – PAS, Choose and Book, Employee On-Line, Health Roster
- Recruitment/Selection – working knowledge
- Handling a large volume of calls

- Report writing and data manipulation
