Administrative Assistant
Hours: 16 hours per week over 4 days spread over Monday to Friday.
Salary: £11 per hour

About this role:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Diamond Factory, in both our London & Birmingham stores and work alongside our busy Sales team.
How you’ll contribute:
- You will manage all inbound calls for customer enquiries relating to customer service as well as distributing sales enquiries to the appropriate team member
- You will effectively communicate and respond to all client and internal queries
- You will securely and accurately book client meetings with our sales team
- Be responsible for after sales repair management and ensure all deadlines are met
- Conduct monthly stock take (inline with company guidelines)
- Daily stock control and safe checks
- Be responsible for dispatching items on a weekly basis
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative position
- Keen attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Proactive team player
- Problem solving: employ critical thinking to identify possible solutions.
- Flexibility: Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the role.
- Have a keen interest in new software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to analyse and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Be willing to commute work in store 16 hours per week over 4 days spread over Monday to Friday
