Job description
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will need excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail as well as a good level of administration experience:
You will be responsible for:
Revenue Control: Cashiering, Banking & Reconciliations
Time & Attendance Monitoring
Payroll Submission
Cost Control: Purchase Ledger/Invoice Batching
Data security in line with GDPR regulations, Backups, Company & HR information
All other duties as directed by the General Manager
You must have good computer literacy including intermediate Excel skills, basic accounting knowledge and be organised and efficient.
Adhering to all company policies, guidelines and rules set out in the staff handbook, you must be able to work to strict deadlines and within a flexible working pattern.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Salary: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
