Office Administrator
The Role
Moore (South) Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers has a vacancy for a full-time Office Administrator to join our team, based in the Southampton office.
You will provide general support to the partners and managers and maintain the office daily tasks:
- Post distribution, photocopying, scanning and filing.
- Answering the phone and dealing with emails.
- Maintain the booking system for meetings.
- General house keeping of the kitchen and boardroom areas.
- Preparing monthly draft bills for approval.
- Preparing departmental correspondence for post, or email.
- Maintaining and utilising data for clients and contacts electronically, using systemised procedures and processes to manage the data effectively and efficiently across our database and suite of software applications.
You will need to possess a high standard of accuracy, the ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly to change, with strong IT skills; although, full training will be provided on how to use our systems.
About you
- You must be organised and able to work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- A good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently or part of a team.
