This an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join Medatech UK based in our Chandlers Ford head office. Medatech are the UK’s leading reseller of Priority ERP software
As an integral part of the team, you will be highly organised, with the ability to follow procedures and be able to multitask in a busy environment, An excellent communicator with good computer literacy, you will be able to work to a high standard and ensure 100% accuracy.
Accounts experience is essential
Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30, £22-25,000 p/a dependant on experience
Auto enrolment pension and health care, (after 3 months), onsite parking,
20 days’ holiday per annum plus bank holidays
Assisting with all areas of accounting and administration within the company, you will report directly to the finance manager. Main duties will include but not restricted to:
SALES Ledger:
· Invoicing, monthly statements
· Customer Credits
· Allocating payments
· Answer customer queries by phone & email
· Copy invoices etc
· Credit control
· Raising price quotations and sales orders
Purchase Ledger
· Purchase Invoice Checking
· Invoice query letters/queries with suppliers
· Payment reconciliation
· Raising Purchase Orders
