Lowe Electrical are based in Leicester City Centre and have been trading in excess of 20 years. We are a small friendly company with a low turnover of staff who pride ourselves on our quality of work.
Our main clients are; Schools, Colleges, Universities and Local Authorities with the vast majority of our work taking place within Leicestershire.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to add to our small friendly office team to carry out a wide variety of tasks to a high standard.
The successful candidate must have/be:
- Good communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience with Microsoft/Excel
- Confident, organised and friendly with a good attitude to work and good timekeeping
- Self-motivated and be able to work alone or as part of a team
- Adept at problem solving when required
Job Details:
The role will be permanent, Part-Time - Monday to Friday ( With 25hours Per Week)
Includes various tasks across a wide diverse range of administrative areas, examples of which are:
- Job Scheduling
- Answering/Making phone calls
- Ordering office supplies
- Using In house management system simPRO (Full training will be given)
- Updating various client portals (Full training will be given)
- Personnel duties as required
- Other administrative duties as required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £16,000.00 per year
