Do you have an interest in becoming a PMO Administrator?
You’ve picked a great time to look at Longhurst Group, our PMO is changing, we’re gathering pace and looking for a PMO Administrator that can play an integral role in helping us to successfully deliver programmes and projects within a large and complex organisation.
This role is offered on a Fixed Term, 36.25hr per week basis for a period of 2 years. This is a hybrid role, whereby you will work from home, one of our offices (Boston, Rushden or Walsall) and may travel for meetings or training across our geography (Midlands, East of England).
In this role you will help keep focus on the administration and governance of our projects, critical to ensuring successful delivery. Ideally you will have experience of PMOs, project and/or IT environments. If not, we are still keen to hear from you if you can demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and experience of working in a busy and fast paced team.
When you join us as a PMO Administrator your role will make a positive difference, both to how we work internally, but also with how we work with customers, enabling us to fulfil our commitment to improving lives. As the PMO Administrator, you’ll support the team to facilitate meetings, take minutes and coordinate actions management. In addition, you’ll also be integral to the population and maintenance of key project and programme artefacts, repositories, and reports.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to be a confident communicator who is comfortable working with a range of stakeholders. We are seeking a candidate who possesses good IT skills and enjoys supporting those around them. Although housing sector experience is desirable, it is not essential if you have a willingness to learn.
