We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.
The successful candidate will join a thriving team in Hove, working closely alongside Architects and Designers, to support the delivery of a platform from a legacy framework to a third party SaaS solution.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with Architects and Designers creating new journeys and writing User Stories
- Having an understanding of the different business areas and their existing processes and how changes will affect those areas
- Liaising with business areas to ensure any changes being made are reasonable and ensuring Business Areas can adapt to these processes.
Required Skills include:
- Jira
- Previous experience working on Security projects – beneficial
- Experience of Data mapping – beneficial
- Experience of MI (Power BI or AWS) – beneficial.
