Job description
We are looking for someone to join our team in an office administration role at a fast paced Gas, Plumbing and Heating company operating throughout Sussex.
The role will consist of answering calls and emails, diary management for our team of friendly engineers, ordering materials, invoicing for works and general administrative works.
The role will currently be based at our office in Hove.
The right applicant must be have a good telephone manor, strong I.T skills using outlook office. Experience in using Xero preferred but not essential, good understanding of excel.
Office experience essential.
