KEV Limited is a young and dynamic start-up based in Kingston Park, Peterborough as our headquarters and another operating warehouse in Yaxley, Peterborough. We supply quality Truck and Trailer parts with our own brand to our customers all over the UK and abroad. We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing company and be a part of our journey.
At KEV Limited, we are not looking for years of experience, we are looking for a team member we can train on the job and grow with. As an ambitious start-up, we would like to see our team members grow with us and have an opportunity to progress into management positions.
The role includes:
- Facilitating the smooth running of the office.
- Answering the phone and providing quotes/taking orders. (We have an online system for this, but some of our customers prefer phone calls.)
- Preparing invoices and delivery information forms upon orders, and communicating with warehouse staff.
- Recording financial outgoings of the office and communicating with the accounting team on a monthly basis.
- Working closely with management for meeting scheduling and travel arrangement.
- General office administrative duties.
Requirements:
- A polished telephone manner and written skills
- Organised and structured approach to work
- Being a team member, willingness to learn and taking responsibility of general office duties
- Basic knowledge of computer skills such as Excel, Word and willingness to learn our in-house software systems for ordering, invoicing and finance.
- Some administration experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
