Job description

Here at KC Projects we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team.

Although we are a small team the business is growing. We have opportunities for the right candidate that wants to be part of a growing business and wishes to be a part of its development.

A part time role will be considered although full time is preferred.

We want someone that is reliable, a great communicator, has fantastic attention to detail, works well under pressure and recognises that keeping to a timeline is of upmost importance. Time keeping is very important for us the company and our clients along with a responsible attitude.

KC Projects carries out maintenance and major works for property managers, surveyors, freeholders and private clients around Brighton & Hove. Previous experience within construction/property management or surveyor administration desirable.

Duties

  • Checking/responding to emails/enquiries
  • Diary management
  • Data entry
  • Following up estimates/quotes
  • Raising and chasing invoices
  • Updating subcontractor database
  • Liasing with staff and contractors
  • Placing orders
  • Work closely with director
  • Basic book keeping
  • Creation and management of filing system

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: £19,110.00-£22,750.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hove: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
