Who We Are
We here at Just 1 Source & Supply have a passion for gloves, all sorts of gloves, but predominantly designed for use within the Industrial/Engineering Sector. We obviously don’t expect you to have a knowledge on gloves before applying (Although if you do, great!).
Due to continued growth, we are looking for another Office Administrator to join our team to help assist the great bunch already in place.
We are based in Malton, just outside of York, however the role is remote based once initial training is complete and you feel comfortable to work independently.
Working hours full time and is Mon-Fri 0830-1700.
What We Are Looking for
We are hoping to find someone who is a hard working self-starter as we are a family orientated business whose focus on excellent service/support differentiates us from our competitors. You will often be required to think independently, ask questions and make suggestions for the continual improvement of the sales team and company.
As an Office Administrator, the ideal candidate will need to have a confident, professional telephone manner and be able to build rapport with ease. Good organisation skills and attention to detail is also required to ensure that accurate records are kept.
As the role requires you to be using a laptop and utilising numerous software programs to support the sales team, we would be hoping to secure someone who is confident around technology.
Previous experience in a similar role such as; Admin Assistant, Data Entry, Customer Services, is preferred but not essential as all training will be provided to the candidate with the right attitude and drive.
There will be thorough training and support, and you will have ongoing mentoring and development to make sure you achieve and succeed in the role.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the team to achieve the Sales Target & other KPI’s
- Co-Ordinate Events/Exhibitions across multi-departments
- Process orders, provide quotes, investigate discrepancies and highlight any mistakes within the order process
- Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Share Ideas/Knowledge/Resources to help build a first class sales cycle for our customers
- To contribute positively to your own personal development through participation in coaching, and ongoing training.
- Communicating with the full sales team/accounts department and warehouse on a daily basis

- Salary would be £23,000 for the role
- 28 Days Annual Leave (Inclusive of Bank Holidays), rising to 31 days after 2 years’ service and 34 days after 7 years.
