Job description
We are seeking a full time administrator to join our team, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and incoming telephone calls.
Your duties will include liaising and corresponding with clients and external contacts by phone, post, face to face and email, therefore good communication skills are essential.
You will need to be conversant with all levels of administration and due to the high use of technology, computer literacy is preferred.
Initially you will join our existing support team whilst undergoing necessary training but we would hope that the successful applicant would display the potential to develop to a Personal Assistant role. Duties will include liaising and corresponding with clients and external contacts including composing letters, new business submission/tracking, report generation, data entry and general administration.
Candidates must possess good organisational skills, be conscientious, hardworking and confident with the ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative. Experience with Financial Services Industry software and MS Office Suite is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: Starting at £11per hour
