- Provides technical support for hardware and software issues to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Resolves technical issues via phone, email, remote tools or in-person support.
- Configures, monitors, and maintains cloud-based systems.
- Assists with the implementation and management of cybersecurity measures, including email security, data loss prevention, and vulnerability management.
- Assists with cybersecurity training program and phishing campaigns.
- Assists with the management of our IT infrastructure including network devices.
- Monitors cybersecurity logs and alerts to identify potential threats and take appropriate action.
- Assists with cybersecurity audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Documents procedures and processes related to IT support, cloud administration, and cybersecurity administration.
- Stays current with emerging trends and technologies related to IT support, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, cloud, and infrastructure.
- Experience with security administration and knowledge of security best practices.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
