Job description

Hulley & Kirkwood are one of the UK’s leading independent M&E Building Services Consulting Engineers. We have 7 offices throughout the UK with our Head Office in Glasgow.

We have a newly created opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Epsom Team.

Working within our Admin Team, 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, this is an excellent opportunity to pursue a career in Administration.

Supporting the Regional Office, your main duties will be answering the telephone, reception duties, paper and electronic filling, typing and scanning as well as managing the Company databases.

You will have excellent IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office including both Word and Excel. You will hold a minimum of GCSE English and Business, preferably also Maths. Ideally you have had some relevant work experience or have been undertaking a BTech or equivalent in Administration or Business.

You will have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients, be keen to learn and have a flexible positive attitude. This opportunity has the potential to develop into a long term career for the right candidate. Full training will be provided.
