Harrison How is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and pro active person to join our team at our EC2 offices.
Duties would include:
- First point of contact for receiving and dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, such as completing job sheets, booking in jobs, and scanning documents, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner and recorded appropriately.
- Support the Operations Executive with the management of the day to day running of the office; ensuring staff time sheets are completed, staff and jobs are co-ordinated and regular stock checks are carried out.
- Support the projects team with drawing take offs
- Responsible for producing and sending out quotes and invoices to clients; ensuring the correct templates are used.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment (Desirable) focused on providing a high level of support to customers over the telephone and via email.
- Previous experience of completing administrative tasks to a high standard and in a timely manner (Desirable).
- Confidently and comfortably communicate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication approach with engaging written skills, works effectively within a team, understands the impact of own actions on colleagues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade influence and, when appropriate, challenge with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and suggest practical resolutions.
- High level of personal integrity, who displays respect and empathy for others and is consistent, open, and honest.
- Ability to work professionally to deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Salary: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
