Gym64 has a vacancy for an Office Administrator to join us in our Kirkcaldy gym.
We are a private gym with branches in Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline and Glenrothes. We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join us. You will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Key Duties include:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to
company policies.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for various Department Managers.
- Able to work with little supervision, competent in prioritising, self- motivated and
trustworthy.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letter, packages etc).
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare reports as assigned.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of Company information.
This is Full Time position.
