Job description
We are looking to fill an Office Administrative position within our organization. The position is for Part-Time / Casual and possibly full time depending on the candidate's experience. Approximately 16-24 hours per week. We are very accomodating & flexible on the days & times that the candidate would work.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency and experience with general office administration with knowledge of Microsoft office products, email functions and other various softwares. Must have good professional skills to write emails to clients. Good organizational skills is a must and the ability to implement and adapt to new softwares is a must.
The duties would consist of:
- Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Onboard new clients
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Data entry of bookkeeping receipts
- Onboarding new clients and following a task lists
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Grand-sault/grand Falls, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
