We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our busy office near Nortleach.
The role will see you responsible for providing a high level of administration and telephone liaison to the customer ensuring that all account information is accurate, and any queries are dealt with efficiently.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration Responsibilities:
- Sending out quotations from the sales team to customers.
- Ensuring all information is obtained and processed accurately.
- Processing and coordination of information relating to DWP.
- Maintain an accurate Database.
- Perform general administration duties.
- Invoice approvals and processing of purchase orders.
- Liaise efficiently with the customers.
- Action all customer queries and disputes in a timely manner and escalate if required.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all relevant IT Systems.
- Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- Use of all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to drive due to the rural location
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £11.00 per hour
