Our client is looking for an administrator to join their team to cover maternity leave, HOWEVER there is a strong likelihood that this will go permanent. The company looks after residential blocks of houses and apartments.
- 7 month FTC
- Working from home!! Flexible with hours for childcare etc.
- £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday, 9-5
Responsibilities:
- Updating online system
- Dealing with customers on the phone
- Responding to leaseholders emails and requests
- Organising contractors and making payments to contractors
- Liaising with accounting team
- Chasing late payments and working with debt recovery team
Skills and Experience Required:
- Self-motivated
- Diligent
- Able to work on your own
- MUST HAVE 1 YEAR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE
