Office administrator general duties include:

Answering incoming calls. Typing quotations using a dictaphone. Creating purchase orders and keying into data base. Creating delivery notes. Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes and keying into the data base. Creating labels for parcels via our carriage haulier. Filing and shredding.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,950.00 per year
