Office Administrator incl Accounts

Job role:

An all-round Office Administrator position in a small and busy office to help complete all Office activity. Monday to Friday position with an early finish on a Friday.

This is an on-site position, remote or hybrid work is not possible.

Description

  • Assist the Sales Team by logging enquiries and processing orders
  • Liaising with the production and despatch team on a daily basis to ensure on time fulfillment of orders
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Process invoices through Sage
  • Reconcile statement
  • Make payments – send remittances
  • Reconcile the bank
  • Cash flow forecast
  • Make payments - purchase invoices – payroll – misc. expenses

To succeed you will have strong administrative background and a good team ethic. You pride yourself in having a highly methodical and organised approach to work as well as attention to detail. You will need to have a ‘chip-in’ mentality as other duties arise on an ad-hoc basis and it’s all about getting the job done.

Hours: 37.5 hours/week Mo-Fr. 3 PM finish on a Friday

Salary: £25,000 - 27,000 per year depending on experience

DRM runs a profit and attendance bonus scheme.

The company has free on-site parking.
