Working with local authorities, communities, businesses and others, we deliver a range of cycle training, cycle maintenance, and related services.
The Role
We are currently looking for an amazing Office Administrator to help support our fast-growing business. This is an exciting and varied opportunity and one that offers a variety of tasks and challenges. You will be working with a truely fantastic team and we are looking for someone to join us who enjoys this type of role and who is enthusiastic to make it their own.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the business on a daily basis - for calls, emails, and visitors to the office - resolving queries where possible or passing on to the appropriate person
- Help members of the public book cycle training courses
- Keep the office running smoothly, anticipating needs, working with vendors to order equipment and supplies, tracking related expenses, and maintaining business records
- Make agreed purchases (e.g. consumables and equipment) in a timely manner, within budget, and process deliveries. Ensure invoices are delivered to the Finance Manager
- General office administration including handling post, photocopying, filing and liaising with the office management company
- Ensure that the office spaces are kept clean and tidy
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Play a key role in the induction of new employees; provide office health & safety induction for new team member
- Facilitate the onboarding process for cycle instructors and mechanics
- Establish effective administrative procedures including for the certifications that the cycle instructors and mechanics have to maintain
- End to end administration of the Ofqual regulated 1st4sport courses delivered by our Recognised Delivery Centre
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
As well as a great sense of humour the ideal candidate is:

- IT literate especially with Standard Microsoft Office
If you have experience of working in or with schools or administering Ofqual regulated courses then even better but not essential.
