Jaguar - Land Rover Vancouver is currently looking to fill a position of a Delivery Specialist.

As a Delivery Specialist your goal is to create a customer centered experience that goes above and beyond when delivering purchased vehicles at the dealership and looking after the process from sales to customer.

Your contribution:

• Perform delivery paperwork
• Coordinate with Finance office and arrange deliveries
• Explaining features and benefits of vehicle to customer at time of delivery
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery
• Arranging accessories with Parts Department/Customers
• Offering re-delivery with customers
• Follow up after delivery is completed to ensure no questions have arisen
• Maintain and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management
• Be enthusiastic & knowledgeable about the brand

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be extremely organized
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Previous Automotive Experience
