We are delighted to be supporting Channel Digital Finance (part of Channel Capital Advisors LLP) in the search for a Finance & Office Administrator.
As the Finance & Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping as well as general administration for Channel Digital Finance Ltd & the other entities within the Channel group as directed by the Chief Finance Officer.
Status: Permanent
Working hours: Monday – Friday
40 hours per week; 8:30am– 5:30pm
Location: Office based; 44 Whitfield Street, London W1T 2RH
Reporting to: Chief Finance Officer
Salary range £40 - 45k per annum

The opportunity:
This is a developmental role where you can put into practice your learning. You will get stuck in from day one:
Responsibilities of the Business Administrator are split as follows:
- Accounting records of Channel entities
Inputting details of invoices into the accounting systems to reconcile the monthly accounts
Preparation of sales invoices
Banking including processing receipts and reconciliations
Supporting monthly Management Accounts preparation
Employee expenses and management of corporate credit cards
Supporting corporation and partnership tax return preparations
Prepare VAT returns
- Relationships with administrative service providers
Liaison with Office Management, premises service providers and management of related issues
- Office Management
Ordering and maintenance of supplies, e.g. stationery, office supplies & recycling
Post - incoming and outgoing
Receptionist duties for visitors
Support for meeting room management, conferencing and presentations
Assist in arranging team events
Keeping office clean and tidy and co-ordinating with cleaning company and building manager as necessary on any routine maintenance
Answering calls and message taking
- Management of travel services
Making travel arrangements
Liaison with and management of selected travel agent
- Document management
Maintenance of register and storage of all signed documentation
Maintenance of diary of document reviews and renewals

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
· Proven management accounts experience - essential
· AAT certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping - desirable
· Proven multi-currency accounts experience -desirable
· Experienced and meticulously organised administrator- essential
· Great communication skills and be able to communicate and adapt your style to different stakeholders -essential
· Proven commercial and financial acumen – business minded -essential
· Confidentiality and integrity skills and experience -essential
· IT skills; Microsoft Outlook, Word, intermediate level Excel -essential
- Experience of accounting software packages e.g. Oracle Netsuite -desirable
