Job description
The ideal candidate will cover a variety of different areas from scheduling client meetings and dealing with customers and suppliers, to quotations and social media posts, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
This role is a full-time role, (9am - 5pm) Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities (to include but not limited to)
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Filing
- Quotations
- Social Media Posts
- Delivery Notes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.42-£12.00 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
