As our new Customer Care Executive, your role will be integral to maintaining the smooth sailing of our operations. Supporting our team of account managers, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our ship stays on course.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Overseeing and managing daily business operations to maintain smooth functioning
- Providing comprehensive support to our account managers, bolstering the efficiency of our team
- Developing, implementing and monitoring operational strategies to support sustainable growth
- Monday to Friday

- Exceptional organisational skills – like a seasoned captain keeping everything ship-shape
- Superior communication skills – being able to effectively relay messages across the deck and speak to candidates and employers confidently
- Proficiency in multitasking – steering the ship while managing the crew
- A recent graduate with a 2.1 degree
