As our new Customer Care Executive, your role will be integral to maintaining the smooth sailing of our operations. Supporting our team of account managers, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our ship stays on course.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing and managing daily business operations to maintain smooth functioning
  • Providing comprehensive support to our account managers, bolstering the efficiency of our team
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring operational strategies to support sustainable growth
  • Monday to Friday

  • Exceptional organisational skills – like a seasoned captain keeping everything ship-shape
  • Superior communication skills – being able to effectively relay messages across the deck and speak to candidates and employers confidently
  • Proficiency in multitasking – steering the ship while managing the crew
