Roles and responsibilities
· Auditing files
.Photo copying
Filing
Talking to service user
Talking to social care professionals
· Work with recruitment personnel to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels
· Work with multiple agencies (social workers, doctors, district nurses etc)
· Dealing with queries from clients and families in a calm and professional manner.
Person specification
· Compassionate about providing high quality service for our Service User
· You must be a kind and compassionate person willing to learn and adapt to different scenarios
You must have a can do attitude
· Experience in customer service
· You must have good IT, communication and office skills
· Self-motivated, well-organised & reliable
· Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
· Driving license and access to transport

Location
You will be working from the Huddersfield branch, head office is based in Batley where you will receive training and travelling to for meetings etc
Travel around the Kirklees area

· Monday to Friday
