This role is a full-time role, term time only (plus an additional 17 days to be worked in the school holidays)
Salary - £20,252 Pro Rata
The Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and effective, Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the effective running of the Trust and its school(s); providing administrative support under the direction and guidance of the PA to the Vice Principals and Administration Team Manager.
You could be the first point of contact for students, parents and staff for the Academy, and therefore, will need to be approachable, professional and level-headed, ensuring that enquiries are dealt with from start to finish, keeping accurate records along the way. Working Hours are: 8.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, although some flexibility will be required to support events that are held outside of core hours.
Excellent administration skills are required along with a good standard of literacy and numeracy and the ability to show initiative, commitment and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will be resilient and reliable, with an understanding and respect for confidentiality, having the confidence to make their own decisions and possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills. A good standard of practical ICT skills is essential, although training will be provided where applicable.
