The position available scheduled hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday 10 am-4pm). This vital position to be added to our team requires a lively, welcoming, and highly motivated individual.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform Customer orders process, arranging orders to be picked and shipped to customers.
- Perform Supplier orders process and arranging shipping of orders
- Perform collections of receivables duties
- Generating A/P invoices, approving, posting, and issuing payment for multiple companies A/P
- Customer service duties, answer telephones and forward messages
- Create and maintain filing system, hard and electronic copies
- Follow policies and procedures for office operations and provide input for future improvements
- Vendor statement reconciliation, issuing and sending vendor remittances
- Schedule logistics services
- Perform inventory management analysis
- Perform import and export duties for cross border shipments.
- Perform front desk and administrative duties, such as making daily cash-outs, keeping a balanced till, organizing and constructing wine-making contracts, processing all customer invoices, handling bottling appointments, properly answer phone calls and taking messages, managing accounts receivable/payable, maintaining purchase orders, overseeing and controlling employee tasks and schedules, controlling inventory, and logistics.
- Maintain high level of sales by continually promoting, up selling, and presenting various products in a professional manner, building customer relationships, regularly researching the market, understanding customer’s wants and needs, as well as develop and create sales strategies to improve business.

- Problem solver, work independently, and as a part of a team
- Post secondary business administration education
- Provide clean drivers abstract & police clearance
- Provide proof of identification and employment eligibility
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
