We have a vacancy for a Full-Time Office Administrator to join our team, here at our office in Crewe.
Bluebird Care Cheshire East is a local care at home provider rated ‘Outstanding’ by CQC (Care Quality Commission). We are dedicated to supporting our customers to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes, as an alternative to a residential care home.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00
Salary: £21,850 per annum
Office Administrator duties include:
- Answering incoming telephone enquiries
- Preparing & maintaining staff and customer care files
- Assisting with recruitment
- Invoicing and payroll preparation (training will be given)
- Maintenance of all mandatory reporting
- GDPR compliance
- Stock taking and ordering
- Ensuring all other records are kept up to date
- Supporting the wider team with communication such as typing letters, newsletters and emails
- Keeping our website up to date
- Ensuring compliance with all office systems and procedures
Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will ideally be experienced in office administration with a good level of computer literacy. Having knowledge of social media platforms is an advantage.
