As one of the first employees, this is an exciting role to onboard dealers onto our platform, grow excellent partnerships and promote axillary products. This role will contribute to the successful launch and scale of Carhuna, revolutionising the experience of selling and buying automotives and building an incredible community connecting Carhunas.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow excellent partnerships with car dealers
- Employ sales tactics when engaging dealers, buyers and sellers
- Resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure a seamless onboarding process and user experience
- Build operational workflow processes and techniques that enhance user experience
- Provide additional early stage testing of product, working in partnership with Technology
Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years in a fast paced account manager role in the automotive industry
- Genuine passion for cars and tech
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident with websites and tech platforms
- Strong commercial interest
- Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
- Attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken English
Location:
This can be a hybrid role in London or fully remote role based anywhere in the UK. The successful candidate must have a driver’s license and car as on-site visits to dealers will be required, and in addition must be willing to attend regular meetings at our HQ in London – mileage expenses will be covered.

We pay competitive salaries to all employees and an incentive structure aligned to our goals. We also offer a generous annual leave allowance and day off for your birthday. Salary starting from £30,000 with a generous additional OTE.
