Office Administrator
Location: Ellesmere Port

- Collation and reviewing of weekly timesheets and input information into the Mpower payroll database.
- Creating of purchasing requisitions using SAP including obtaining quotations for various materials, plant and equipment.
- Manage the Goods Received Notes process (GRN) maintaining records and managing the status within SAP.
- Arrange for deliveries (or collection) of materials, plant and equipment etc. including supplier co-ordination.
- Maintenance of holiday chart and absence recording.
- Processing trade assessment forms and validation of employee qualifications using the on-boarding tracker.
- Assisting with recruitment paperwork and on-site inductions.
- Assisting with scaffold, insulation and painting measure estimate entries as and when required.
- General administration (updating filing systems, photocopying documents etc.)
- Assist the site team with any additional duties as required, particularly during Turnaround events.
