Accounts Assistant
Better Planet UK Ltd is a fast-growing, Potters Bar-based company that provides renewable energy solution to our customers. We are currently seeking an Accounts and Office Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
The Accounts and Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting with processing supplier and customer invoices as well as carrying out other admin duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices into accounting software - We use Xero
- Support the sales team - sales analysis
- Input into CRM systems - Pipedrive/Monday (training will be given)
- Support the MD with email management
- Takes sales related calls
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,113.36-£29,177.13 per year
