Job Purpose:
To effectively support the Senior Administrator and Head Office team with administrative dutie
Key Responsibilities:
· Performing data entry tasks as and when instructed
· Answering the phone and handling queries as instructed by line manager
· Handling mail and filing
· Using Photoshop for online pictures
· Ordering online packaging and stationery
· Supporting pickers and packers on an adhoc basis
· Helping in other departments as and when necessary
· General office duties
· Support to Directors for general adhoc requests
Personal Attributes:
· Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
· Attention to detail, organisation and time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines essential.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle high volume sock
· Intermediate Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience using Photoshop
· Excellent communication skills and historical ability to train.

This is a hands on role with lots of challenges. It requires confidentiality, initiative, sensitivity and exceptional organisational skills.
Location:
The jobholder is required to be located in the UK. Head Office address is Unit13, Space Business Park, Abbey Road, Park Royal NW10 7SU. The role is office based.
