Job description
We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our busy BCA Corby site,
You will be joining a team that provides support to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations within the Retail Operations Division. An ideal candidate for this role will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots enthusiasm. Within this role, you will be reporting directly to the Administration Supervisor.
Our recruitment process is completed in two stages- 1st stage involves an initial phone interview with our internal recruiter, and this will be followed by a 2nd stage, face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-17:00
Salary: £21,065.77
Role Responsibilities:
- General office duties such as completing data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries
- Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected
- Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker
- Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included
Personal Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience (essential)
- Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
- Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential)
- Excellent numerical and literacy skills
