OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to help us support the team that creates our new generation of innovative products across our Shark & Ninja ranges. Working as part of our London Design Office, you will bring a positive “can do” attitude to the role, to help the Ops team deliver excellent admin support to our team.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Purchasing processes such as vendor setup, order processing, budget tracking for the team ensuring that SharkNinja protocols are adhered too
- Helping resolve invoice queries from suppliers
- General office orders for stationery, cleaning and consumable supplies etc.
- Visa’s and travel arrangements for the wider team
- Support with onboarding of new joiners / work experience and intern placements
- Liaising with staff, supplier and client visitors
- Office deliveries management including arrangement of both inwards and outwards (including international) shipments. This role will involve some manual lifting / moving of stock
- Meeting room booking (including catering arrangements if needed) and set up for external / client meetings as well as internal meeting bookings for the London team
- Support for our marketing / PR teams as SharkNinja regularly hosts its customers on site ranging from meetings to larger showcase events
- Liaising with 3rd party providers such as cleaning, maintenance, building management to ensure office facilities clean, client ready and well maintained
- Working with management and team to ensure compliance of H&S procedures
- Expenses for Senior Members of the team (GM / VP and above) as required
- Cover for reception (3rd party security team breaks / lunch)
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Due to the nature of the role we need someone happy to be on site 4-5 days per week in Battersea
- You have a customer service mindset and are energized by helping your colleagues on an ops / admin level
- Have great interpersonal skills and communicates effectively and professionally with colleagues
- Highly organized & able to prioritize a varied workload but also ensuring the routine (daily / weekly) activities are completed
- A “muck in” mindset where no task is too big or too small
- Good general knowledge of IT - Microsoft Office
- Typically, 5+ years of office administrator experience
- Previous experience working in a busy environment
- Interest in events as our Battersea Office moves forward with more client / industry functions
- Start date, as soon as possible
