Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 per annum

A day in the life of a Business Analyst will involve:
- Capturing and analysing existing processes, identifying issues, and working with stakeholders to create improved processes that align with project goals.
- Gathering requirements through interviews, analysis, surveys, and workshops, and prioritizing them based on their business value.
- Managing non-functional requirements like system integration and browser compatibility, and effectively communicating them to the development team.
- Analysing and documenting changes to information systems using data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship models.
- Collaborating with the Test and Quality Assurance Manager to develop test scenarios and ensure that requirements are met.
- Working closely with the project manager to meet project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
- Actively participating in team meetings, supporting colleagues, and following organizational policies and values.
- Strong ability to produce prioritized functional and user-focused requirements.
- Proficiency in mapping current and proposed business processes.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, leading stakeholder teams and managing project scope.
- Excellent communication skills to gather system requirements from diverse business units.
- Skill in developing and executing comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
