Senior Office Administrator
Job Description and Duties
Facilitating office organisation and communication by performing administrative duties.
Business Administration Job Duties:
· Providing office support including customer and employee support
· Keeping well-organised files for projects
· Communicating with customers/tenants and answering queries
· Monitoring and amending customer KPI spreadsheets, including communicating key aspects to them directly
· Answering phones and connecting calls to relevant member of staff
· Raising purchase orders for materials/ services with suppliers and subcontractors. This will be on Sage 50 Accounts, knowledge of which is desirable.
· Raising sales invoices for customers and submitting relevant handover packs
· Building relationships with clients
· Monitoring shared inbox and dealing with emails as required
· Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding site files
· Writing and editing company correspondence
· Ordering office stationery and other supplies
· Assisting all administrative and management staff with their work
