As the Office Administrator, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 2 years’ experience in an administrative role; or qualified to be considered for the Office Administrator position by an accredited OAS or OPM program.
- COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily clerical functions including: Scheduling appointments, Tracking patient files, Calling clients and referral sources, and maintaining and keeping updated all records and files pertaining to the office.
- Responsible for coordination of all office activities including but not limited to:oints, schedules, supplies, correspondence, etc., as needed.
- Coordinates office functions including but not limited to:oints, schedules, supplies, correspondence, equipment, etc., as needed.
- Maintains appearance of office equipment.
- Coordinates with other departments as needed to ensure that office functions properly.
- Assists in development of policies and procedures as needed.
- Ensures compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies that relate to the office as well as with company policies and procedures.
