OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator within our growing Fabricated Aluminium manufacturing company located in Whittlesey near Peterborough.
We are ideally looking for a good team player who is self-motivated, friendly and conscientious, a good communicator and a good all-rounder who is prepared to train in all aspects of office administration within the aluminium manufacturing industry.
Experience required – Must be computer literate with experience in Microsoft Packages including Sage accounts, an engineering or manufacturing background would also be advantageous but not essential.
Duties to include - Providing administrative help with daily computer input
Creating purchase and sales orders, dispatching and invoice of goods on Sage
Receiving and organising couriers and deliveries
Reception/telephone duties
Ordering consumables by telephone/email
Provide help and support to other office staff during busy periods
General office duties of emailing, scanning, copying etc.
31.5 Hours a week -
Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm (with ½ hour for lunch)
Friday 8:30am – 12:00
Induction to the company profit share bonus scheme after completion of 3-month probationary period. Company Pension Scheme.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 31.5 per week
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
