What You Will Be Doing?
Our Customer Service & Accounts Executive provide a crucial link between both our operations and our customer. This is a multifaceted role that works across the business.
- Liaising with clients, retailers and other business partners ensuring each stakeholders have a brilliant experience.
- Providing Vape Local Operational support both our internal and external sales teams.
- Supporting our internal and external field sales teams
- Booking installs with both retailers and our suppliers
- Reviewing Vape Local Install and revisit images, ensuring poor compliance is challenged
- Generating weekly reports showing where unitary has been delivered
- Answering the Vape Local customer service line, dealing with retailer enquiries and solving problems
- Taking Vape Local new lead calls, tracking new leads and sending these to our sales teams
- Calling existing Vape Local retailers
- Requesting up to date images or our units
- Processing orders
- Arranging ad-hoc visits
- Supporting with POS requests
- Ensuring all retailers are onboarded to our platform and know how to use it
- Supporting with overflow of Customer Service Calls from other areas of our business/s
- Answering and re-directing all inbound calls where necessary
- Supporting all B2C enquiries, both online and via inbound calls
