Office Administrator
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities in a busy electrical contracting firm
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Make travel arrangements for the senior managers
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Provide assistance to the Director, Contracts Mangers in their day to day work
- Keep databases in check and update them regularly
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
- Create purchase orders and maintain records for senior managers
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous working experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Minimum 5 GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft computer packages e.g. Word, Excel, Oulook and Powerpoint.
- Hands-on experience with office management computer programs (such as ERP)
- Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
