This position would be ideal for someone who wants to work in our busy but friendly small office based Insurance Brokers, we are a family run business with over 25 years of experience within the Insurance industry, this position could be perfect for a first time office job or if someone has relevant office experience or customer service then possible progression within the company can be quicker obtained depending on knowledge and experience, the duties will consist of serving customers face to face or dealing with telephone calls at reception, controlling and maintaining a vast filing system, creating new client files, archiving lapsed and cancelled clients scanning information onto the in-house system.
Preparing daily diaries and getting daily post out and emails then processing the paperwork. Other general adhoc duties may be necessary from time to time, full training will be given if necessary, possible training for future taking of quotations then passing to the sales team.
Excellent communication skills required no experience necessary as full in house training will be given but would be a bonus if experience available.
This could be a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to get into the office environment and work within the Insurance industry.
