Position Overview:
The position for Brand & Content Marketing Co-Op on the Imaging, Navigation, Robotics team will require an individual to help create, write, and edit content for a wide range of marketing and communications projects in a variety of print and digital mediums. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, takes ownership, can work in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with others. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for storytelling, wants to gain marketing experience and has a record of developing marketing content and internal communication strategies.
Duration of Assignment | 6 Months
Job Duties:
- Articulating and implementing marketing initiatives in alignment with our brand voice, style and tone
- Creating and managing digital marketing content including website copy, social media content, and email marketing and event promotion campaigns
- Measuring and optimizing content on a regular and ongoing basis
- Integrating content programs with marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
- Producing various types of shareable marketing and communications-related content that is innovative and directly related to customers
- Collaborating with team members, including Creative Services, Marketing, Sales and Product Management to ensure a complete understanding of the vision for the final project
- Adhering to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
Qualifications:
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
- Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Marketing (interest in medical industry a bonus)
- Strong copywriting skills for print and digital media
- Familiar with a variety of social media platforms; including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Extremely high attention to detail, measurement and reporting
- Innovative and able to recommend and implement new concepts and ideas
- UX and content-minded; development of new content portals and applications to solve content, communications, and organizational needs
- Strong interpersonal relationship development skills; ability to develop trusting relationships with internal and external c
- Excellent listening and communication capabilities, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solver; capable of critical situation analysis
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new software systems
- Professional presence with excellent presentation skills
