We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong customer service focus. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and employees.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Maintain filing systems and records.
- Organise office operations and procedures.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to managers and employees.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
