Eco Freeze ltd a company specialising in wholesale of frozen products imported from the EU countries. We are currently recruiting for a reliable person ready to work in fast expanding business.
Job Summary
- Data entry
- Checking and archiving documents
- Process invoices and billings
- Creation of Purchase orders
- Operation of computer programs
- Support in current tasks of the sales department
- You will also need to assist with general administration tasks as and when required
- Social media assistance [scheduling posts, managing meta business suite]
- Posting job vacancies [Indeed, Facebook]
- Design of leaflets, catalogues etc. [for the promotion purpose of the business and its wide offer]
- Printing labels [of product specification/ingredients when required]
Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Office package (word, excel)
- Proficiency in computer use
- Commitment to work,
- Honesty, responsibility
