Office Administrator and Typist
Godfrey Payton is a multi-disciplined rural and commercial property management and consultancy firm, with 3 offices across the Midlands. Our teams cover a wide variety of work on behalf of private, institutional and corporate clients. We require either a part-time or full-time individual to assist with all aspects of office administration in our Coventry office, The role will include handling telephone calls with clients, occupiers and contractors, typing documents and reports, accurate preparation of written documentation in a timely manner from audio recordings, maintaining and updating records (including filing) and providing general office assistance in support of fee-earners and the firm’s clients wherever necessary. For full-time candidates, analysis of property agreements with subsequent data inputting to bespoke cloud-based property management software would be an advantage. Attention to detail, and ability as an audio typist are key aspects of the role together with an excellent knowledge of MS Office, and good communication skills.
