Job description

We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator who is capable of handling a wide variety of responsibilities. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office equipment, maintaining inventory levels and providing administrative assistance to employees as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain office procedures.
  • Organise and delegate work to the appropriate staff members.
  • Handle the workflow of the office.
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls for senior staff.
  • Keep financial records for accounting purposes.
  • Communicate with remote staff members.
  • Answer phone calls and requests from both internal and external customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
