We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator who is capable of handling a wide variety of responsibilities. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office equipment, maintaining inventory levels and providing administrative assistance to employees as requested.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain office procedures.
- Organise and delegate work to the appropriate staff members.
- Handle the workflow of the office.
- Arrange meetings and conference calls for senior staff.
- Keep financial records for accounting purposes.
- Communicate with remote staff members.
- Answer phone calls and requests from both internal and external customers.

Salary: £19,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
