Job description
As an Administration, you will:
· Filing
· Collating Invoices with Statements, emailing queries if any problems.
· Checking daily takings and entering cash expenses in Sage.
· Helping to enter Suppliers invoices in Sage.
· Maintaining Credit Cards account.
· Input stock into system and check and update prices
· Assist with stock ordering
The right candidate must have:
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Good numerical skills together with knowledge of Microsoft Office systems including Excel & Word.
· Able to deal with customer and supplier queries by phone and/or e-mail.
· Good organisational skills combined with an ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
· Prepared to attend training and learn new skills.
· Ideally, be familiar with Sage.
· Standard office hours (40-hour week), Monday - Friday
· Occasional weekend work needed over the busy periods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
